Legacy Gifts Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the gospel and has a heart for people to join the Partnership and Fundraising team.
The legacy gifts co-ordinator has the unique privilege to engage with members of CMS Victoria to inspire legacy giving so the impact for the gospel continues even beyond their lifetime.
CMS Victoria is a network of members, supporters, churches and missionaries working together to see lives transformed by the gospel message. As the Legacy Gifts Co-ordinator, your part in this vision is to engage with our faithful long-standing supporters to educate and inspire gifts in wills. You will develop and execute engagement plans with the goal of ensuring a robust bequest pipeline to provide for ongoing gospel missions into the future. You will play a key role in stewarding members in the legacy giving pathway from initial interest to final decision. You will communicate with our members through various channels such as phone calls, emails, gatherings, talks, printed material etc..
An important part of the role is the effective management of database involving proper and timely recording of communications, analysing data for follow-up actions, and generating reports to inform strategic decision making.
