CMS worker Anna* has been serving in the Middle East over the last three years, with a team that is seeking to share the gospel with Muslim people through teaching English. She reflects on the importance of culturally appropriate ministry and trusting in God, by giving us an insight into how the team trains short-term teachers.
Qaiser has received his PhD!

Qaiser Julius, a Pakistani Christian leader we have been supporting throughout his studies at Melbourne School of Theology has had his PhD accepted! He will soon be returning to Pakistan to help strengthen the gospel witness of the church there.

The beheading of 21 Coptic Christians in Libya earlier this year sharply awoke us to the reality of what it means for so many in this world to answer Jesus’ call to take up their cross and follow him (Matt 16:24).
