There are four different onsite accommodation venues to choose from: WEC, Panorama, CMS and Camp Tamborine. Or you can camp!
Entire rooms can be booked (for an extra fee), otherwise you will be allocated to share a single-sex room.
You will need to bring your own pillow, a bottom sheet and bedding.
If you prefer to stay off site, there is a large range of accommodation in the local area, which you can arrange yourself.
Each accommodation option has different costs, shown here from cheapest to more expensive.
If you are camping, you can choose from powered or unpowered sites and standard sites (6m x 7m) or oversized sites (6m x 9m – for the larger camping vehicles only).
There is a toilet and shower block and port-a-loos. You can cook your own meals or pre-book lunch and/or dinner. Please bring all your own kitchen equipment and cooking utensils.
If you want to camp next to a friend or as part of a church group, there will be the opportunity to select this as part of the booking. Although we cannot guarantee your request, we will try to allocate you with your friends or church group.
CMS Centre is a short walk away from the main auditorium. It accommodates 80 guests in 13 rooms of either 5 or 8 people. Toilet and shower facilities are in a separate block across the lawn area. All meals are included in the booking.
Camp Tamborine is a five-minute walk to the auditorium. It accommodates up to 88 people, in rooms of either 4 beds or 8 beds, with shared toilet and shower facilities. There is no longer a self-catering option at this site, due to new Council regulations. All meals are included in the booking.
Camp Panorama is opposite the main auditorium and provides comfortable accommodation for 54 people with shared shower and toilet facilities. Please note, there are only a few single and double rooms, and these are allocated on a first booked (fully paid) basis for people who have selected the own room option on the booking.
There are also three cabins and amenities block behind the main building. Access in and out of the cabins is via steps (please do not book the cabins if you have mobility issues or injury).
All meals will be eaten at Camp Panorama and so are included in the booking.
WEC Centre is a five-to-ten-minute walk to the auditorium. It has only a few remaining ensuite rooms available to be booked. Book fast!!
Youth Leaders are being accommodated at the Tamborine Life Centre (TLC).
