Communications and Marketing Coordinator

CMS Victoria is increasing our communications capacity in response to a strong vision and a growing requirement for online content for younger generations. As part of a new two-person team, you are the kind of person who enjoys collaborating to create fresh and exciting content. 

You will be selected because you love inspiring audiences by delivering stunning content, driven by your natural creativity, real-world grounding and strong faith. 

You are excited that this role sets you free to shape some fundraising and events campaigns as you envision themOf course, you will not be thrown in the deep end; you will have the Communications and Marketing Manager as guide and collaborator. 

You are resourceful and self-sufficient, but confident to ask for more information and help when required. 

You have great instincts for social media, you will develop a strategy that will transform our social presence into true online community. 

You are a quick learner who can master platforms like Mailchimp and WordPress in no time at all. 

You will actively foster good relationships with missionaries to ensure on-brand communications. 

This role is best suited for an up-and-coming professional with experience in a graphics-orientated communications or marketing role, who is aligned with the goals of CMS.

About the role

CMS Victoria has entered an exciting phase of growth and is building a staff team to bring our expansion plan to fruition.
We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership and Fundraising Coordinator to increase and deepen CMS Victoria’s partnership base and to grow our donations so we can take the gospel across more cultures and locations to those who have not heard.

Through fostering meaningful partnership with churches, organisations and individuals, we offer opportunities to participate in gospel mission through generosity and stewardship of god-given resources. This is an exciting role in a fun and energetic environment where you get to engage with different people every day. As the partnership liaison, you will have the privilege of seeing God’s amazing provision for His work through His people using your skills and personality to raise needed resources.
