CMS works in fellowship with churches and local Christians to see life proclaimed through Christ around the world. We do no set up institutions or organisations overseas. We are a sending organisation—we send human resources, like teachers, doctors, nurses, students, church workers and Bible/theology lecturers.
Under God, we negotiate these partnerships with the local leadership of both churches and governments. Currently, we serve as co-labourers with over 100 international partners, including churches, schools, universities and Christian organisations. Our partners are involved in ministries that fit with the CMS vision. They welcome CMS missionaries into their programs and ministries to share the lasting hope of Jesus Christ with people.
CMS has working agreements with agencies around the world, such as:
- Crosslinks (UK)
- Faith to Share
- International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES)
- International Nepal Fellowship (INF)
- Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF)
- Serving in Mission (SIM)
- The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) Japan
- United Mission to Nepal (UMN)
- Other care and development and media agencies in South Asia and the Middle East
We partner with churches and individuals in Australia to prayerfully and financially support long-term missionaries.
