Chef / Kitchen Manager – CMS Conference Centre, Katoomba (Full time)
CMS NSW & ACT invites applications for the role of Chef/Kitchen Manager. This position is full-time, based in our Conference Centre at Katoomba.
CMS works with churches to set apart long-term workers who cross cultures to share the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision is to see a world that knows Jesus.
As Chef/Kitchen Manager you will use your knowledge and experience of professional cooking to efficiently run a kitchen. You will utilise your good leadership skills whilst working quickly and calmly when under pressure. You will also need to control a budget.
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Hygiene and Food Safety Certificate (essential)
- Certificate in Food Safety Supervisor (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in commercial catering or similar high volume environments (highly regarded)
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (desired)
