Join the CMS SANT Team – Gospel Worker Support Coordinator

The Gospel Worker Support Coordinator is a full-time position in the CMS SANT staff team. The purpose of CMS in South Australia and the Northern Territory is to work with local churches to raise up, equip, and send out long-term gospel workers who cross-cultures for the sake of the world’s gospel poor. Recruiting, sending, and caring for gospel workers well and effectively is core business for CMS SANT and so the Gospel Worker Support Coordinator is a strategic position.
Key responsibilities of the position are:
- Coordinates the CMS SANT inquirer, Branch Candidates Committee, and application processes, including inquirer coaching groups
- Coordinates gospel worker home assignment organisation and process between gospel workers, partner churches, link branches, CMS-A, and the CMS SANT Regional Director
- Coordinates gospel worker home assignment logistics
- Coordinate gospel worker communications to church partners and supporters
