A Christmas Greeting

As we approach Christmas, the staff at CMS SANT would like to wish all our supporters, volunteers and partners a wonderful Christmas, as we remember the extraordinary news of the gospel: the news of Emmanuel, God with us.

May this eternal truth strengthen us in whatever difficulty we are facing or whatever joy we reflect on at the end of what has been a year of many unexpected twists and turns! “Emmanuel” reminds us that God knows what it is to be human and knows what it is to suffer.

At the SANT branch we are reflecting with joy and thankfulness to God on what has been a year of God’s continual provision. Gospel Workers have continued to come and go from the field (although some are still waiting on the Lord to open the necessary doors), and there has been a great response to our financial shortfalls.

In particular, at this halfway point in the financial year, we have also hit the halfway point in our prayer-dependent hope to meet the $30,000 per month shortfall needed to keep our missionaries on the field. That is, in the last six months or so, we have received pledges to give an additional $15,000 per month. God is good and we are so thankful for your partnership in his mission!

In His grace, Mark and the SANT team.
