Norm and Janelle work in Kenya in the Marsabit Diocese. The churches there are strong but small and lack financial resources. Kenya also faces many challenges: drought, famine, aggressive Islam and deep-rooted tribalism. Follow-up is difficult for recently planted churches in remote locations and there is a great need for Christians to be discipled to stand strong against Islam and tribalism. Norm and Janelle partner with local people to help build God’s church. Their work involves preaching salvation through Jesus Christ, coordinating missions, literacy, pastoral care and the training of gospel workers who can train others.
