Gospel Training for Future Leaders
$60 will provide a distance education scholarship (bursary) at NETS in Namibia
NETS (Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary) is an Evangelical Bible College in Windhoek, Namibia, where church leaders from several denominations undertake residential and external study courses. Lasarus Ngube is a second year residential NETS student and a CMS bursar.
He is also an Anglican ordinand and he has a vision: “Most of our people in the Anglican Church in Namibia are nominal Christians; my dream is to see these people totally changed through the message of the Gospel. I don’t want to be a ‘mute dog’ (Isaiah 57:10); I would like to bark.”
Lasarus is jealous for the youth of his country. He already has a significant ministry within the Anglican church, and he praises God for the way he is being equipped at NETS.
