25th July

Noel Clarke's Sudanese students have had lots of struggles with sickness, both their own and that of their relatives. They have also felt the pressure of being away from their families knowing that Tong-Tong military groups are active in their areas, killing, kidnapping and stealing, making people too frightened to go to their fields and causing serious food shortages. Sudan is not a happy country. Please uphold both the students and their fellow countrymen in your prayers.

26th July

Neville and Elspeth Carr praise God for for supplying the needs of St John's Unversity (SJUT) and its students over the past year. Pray that God will keep institutions like CMS and SJUT growing in prayerfulness about how to use the gifts and resources they have for his glory. People with a wide variety of gifts are urgently needed at the university. Pray that God will direct people to catch the vision of how they might serve him cross-culturally in places like St John’s.

27th July

Please pray for the impact of two Theological Education by Extension seminars Matthew Archer has been involved with over the past week. He led sessions at a seminar in Bulamba from 20 to 22 July and at an intensive seminar from 21 to 25 July. Please pray that the students at both
seminars have learnt more from the word of God and deepened
their understanding of His love and the relationship they can have with him. Please pray for further seminars at 8th July - ETE Karukukere (28 July), Nyabehu (31 July) and Bitaraguru (2 August).
