Description

Teaching English in a 3 month intensive English program to in-coming 1st years students at Holy Cross Theological College Yangon. This program precedes the study of theology.

This program will start new in 2011. The goal will be to bring students from low level English to a level where they can gain some profit from lectures in English, and start to use the College library, which is overwhelmingly English.

In the first year or two, the job will also include designing a course and curriculum, and supplying course materials.

Requirements

Native English speakers, with experience in English teaching and preferably ESL/ TESOL qualifications. Experience in or access to curriculum design for short intensive courses will be a great asset for at least one person.
