Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC), a Christian international study centre/school set up in 1987 for the education of expatriate mission families, is looking for a Human Resources Manager to develop and implement policies to fill their staffing needs.

Requirements

• Degree level academic qualifications.
• A good understanding of international education and missions.
• People management experience.
• Ability to work well with people from diverse Christian backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal & written skills.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Diplomacy & ability to negotiate and mediate.
• Analytical skills.
