This year Mike Raiter, principle of the Bible College of Victoria and ex-missionary to Pakistan, will be taking us on the road with Jesus Christ. Through Luke's account of Jesus' travels, we'll follow the sandal-clad footsteps of the man from Nazareth, and hear his call to true discipleship: an unswerving commitment, a thoroughgoing transformation, and a wholehearted dependence on the Lord Jesus. This is a discipleship that reaches deep into every dimension of our lives, propelling us into lives of service, of ministry and of mission.

Alongside a host of CMS missionaries, CMS Summer School will also feature two international guests presenting dynamic evening sessions on a range of world mission trends and issues.

Dennis Tongoi
With twenty years of leadership of the Navigators in Kenya under his belt, and having served as a consultant promoting social transformation in nine African nations, Dennis Tongoi will bring a wealth of experience to this year's Summer School. Dennis is now the Director of CMS-Africa and an associate with the Harvest Foundation, which coordinates development, caring and training ministries throughout Africa. He's also the chairman of several organisations working in social justice and humanitarian aid.

Armin
Despite suffering persecution for their faith, Armin and his family have worked for many decades to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ. Armin was a CMS bursar from 2002 to 2005, and in 2008 he established he established a local organisation where he currently serves as national leader.

Each day at CMS Summer School will offer plenty of opportunities to hear from God's word, to get up close and personal with CMS missionaries, and to enjoy Christian community.

The Summer School Youth and Children?s program caters for all age groups, from children in crèche all the way through to youth in year 12.
