Michael and Jo Charles

Missionary From NSW & ACT
Location: Chile

Santiago

Chile’s capital Santiago suffers from rapidly growing demands on its infrastructure. The variation in living standards is enormous, and although a very beautiful city, with its snow-covered mountains, it can be very polluted.

The Anglican church of Chile is seeking to raise up and train godly Christian leaders for every social stratum through the work of the Centre for Pastoral Studies (CEP).

Michael is Acting Principal of the CEP and teaches New Testament and Greek, as well as delivering occasional biblical seminars and sermons. Jo is involved with CEP women, runs a ladies’ Bible study at their church and teaches seminars on biblical counselling, child raising and dealing with conflicts.
