Chile’s capital Santiago suffers from rapidly growing demands on its infrastructure. The variation in living standards is enormous, and although a very beautiful city, with its snowcovered mountains, it can be very polluted.

Centre for Pastoral Studies (CEP)

The Anglican Church of Chile seeks to raise up and train godly Christian leaders for every social stratum through the work of the CEP.

Frances administers the Diocesan Certificate in Theology program, which aims to build up local churches through teaching the Bible. She also teaches the Certificate course in churches and Introductory Greek to first-year students at the CEP.
