Antofagasta

Antofagasta is a rapidly growing coastal city of 380,000 inhabitants, just south of the Tropic of Capricorn in the Atacama Desert. It is surrounded by a cluster of copper mines, copper being Chile’s main source of income.

Bruce is the pastor of a Spanish-speaking Anglican church and a small English-speaking congregation that meets twice a month. The church is currently working to complete its new building. Bron devotes her time to supporting Bruce, to the home and the girls, and to women’s and Sunday school ministry.
