Murgwanza

Murgwanza is in north west Tanzania, near the border with Rwanda and Burundi.

Nigel is working as a nurse educator, teaching at Murgwanza Nursing School, and clinically teaching and modelling nursing care at Murgwanza Hospital. Rose's role has recently changed and she is currently working as the doctor in charge of Murgwanza Hospital. As Rose is the only fully qualified doctor in the hospital, her role involves full time clinical work, administration and staff education.
