About
Camp Milimani is a great opportunity for children in school years 4 to 6 to spend time in God’s word, thinking through mission and God’s plan for this world.
Camp Milimani will run from Monday 15 April to Thursday 18 April 2024 in Katoomba. The 4-day camp is full of activities, Bible talks, a daily Bible study, sharing from missionary families, and more! Over 100 children come together from, NSW, ACT and other parts of Australia.
We welcome children from all denominations to camp. For more information about what we believe, head to our statement of belief.

Shine like stars
“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, ‘children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’ Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.” – Philippians 2:14-16
This year we are excited to be learning from the book of Philippians. In his letter to the church at Philippi, Paul urges believers to be ‘all in’ for Jesus – like he is! Even though he writes from prison, Paul is convinced of God’s personal care, and the unstoppable spread of the gospel. He rejoices in his partnership with the Philippians and longs for them to stand firm in Christ. This year, campers will be challenged and encouraged about what it looks like to hold on to the gospel, live for Jesus and “shine like stars” before a watching world.
Our speaker this year at Camp Milimani is Laura Wolfenden. Laura served as Children and Families Minister at St Peter’s Nightcliff in Darwin for seven years, before joining CMS NSW & ACT in January 2024 as Mission Engagement Specialist.
We’re also excited to be joined by CMS missionaries Craig and Samantha McCorkindale, who have been serving in Cambodia. We’ll have a chance to hear how God has been at work in their location to see people know Jesus and grow in their walk with him.

Registration this year will be through our My CMS portal, an online platform designed to keep your details in one place and allow easier registration for CMS events.
Simply log in or create a new My CMS account and select Camp Milimani 2024 as the event you’d like to register for. For the best experience, we recommend registering on a desktop computer. If you need help creating your My CMS account, head here for more information.
Cost
Camp Milimani will cost $390 per camper.
Where two or more campers are registered from the same family, registration will cost $340 for the second and subsequent campers (please note: multi-child registration is only applicable to siblings from one parent group).
This cost covers accommodation, all meals, a zip-up hoodie for each camper and activities across the week.
Places are limited so please register your child as soon as possible if they would like to attend. Registration will close on 14 March 2024, or when capacity is reached.
