Are you committed to seeing lives transformed by Christ around the world? One way that you can join in the task of world mission is by becoming a member of CMS.

CMS would not exist without its members - they are CMS; sending missionaries with their prayers, pastoral care and financial support.
Membership allows you to engage in what God is doing around the world through and with CMS. You will receive regular mail outs, prayer updates and invitations to special events.

To become a member you must be over 18 - if you are younger than this but still want to be involved with CMS in God world mission check out CMS Youth and sign up to receive our youth updates and publications.

To become a member or renew your membership you must agree with the principles and object of CMS and pay the appropriate membership fee (selected branches).

Principles

Since its beginnings over 200 years ago, CMS has followed five principles. They are:
1. Follow God's leading.
2. Put money in second place, not first.
3. Begin in a small way.
4. Under God, all will depend on the type of people sent forth.
5. Look for success only from the Spirit of God.

Object

To work for the coming of God's kingdom through the proclamation of the gospel of Christ throughout the world in fellowship with local churches.
