The CMS Vic Branch receptionist contributes to the efficient running of the office, helping facilitate clear communication between members, staff, volunteers, missionaries and enquirers of our vision, principles and activities as we endeavour to proclaim life through Christ in the world.

My role is to coordinate the ongoing pastoral care of missionaries, MK’s, missionaries on Leave and Home Assignment and returned missionaries. This role includes developing caring relationships with missionaries, debriefing missionaries, and attending missionaries’ conference.

My role contributes to the efficient running of CMS Victoria by assisting in the efficient operation of the activities of CMS Victoria. I am also involved in
planning and establishing proper up-to-date management information procedures to ensure that financial policy, accounting control and personnel policy can be maintained as well as planning and running the annual ‘Summer under the Son’ Conference and other event programs.
